AB-1957 was introduced by Assembly member Pacheco on 2-13-26. This bill would modify requirements for trustee's sale of property under a power of sale for properties containing 1-4 residential units. Owner-occupants and eligible nonprofit corporations would not be defined as "eligible bidders" under this bill.
