UPDATE: This ordinance was filed on 11-4-25 by Supervisor Sherrill. The Small Business Commission recommended approval on 12-8-25. It is being routed to additional agencies/commissions for review.

Ordinance 251103 was introduced on 11-4-25 by Supervisor Sherrill.

This ordinance would allow movie theaters operating as restaurants to serve wine, beer, and/or liquor on the premises.
