AB-2087 was introduced by Assembly Member Alanis on 2-5-2024.

This bill would require filing parties bringing an action related to CEQA to disclose their identity and interests including financial statements and testimony.

Ordinance 251211: In-Lieu fees for Street Trees

Ordinance 251211 would allow development projects to pay an in-lieu fee, or install landscaping in place of required street trees.
