AB 2087: CEQA Identity Disclosure

UPDATE: This legislation was referred to the Committees on Judiciary and Natural Resources on 2-26-24.

AB-2087 was introduced by Assembly Member Alanis on 2-5-2024.

This bill would require filing parties bringing an action related to CEQA to disclose their identity and interests including financial statements and testimony.
