UPDATE: This legislation was approved by the Committee on Housing an Community Development on 4-11-24. It was then referred to the Committee on Local Government.

AB-1801 was introduced by Assembly Member Jackson on 1-8-2024.

This bill would allow supportive housing developments to include administrative office space on provided the office space does not exceed 50% of the total floor area dedicated to residential units.
