HOT: Ord 240637: 3,000 GSF Home Limitations

UPDATE: This ordinance was approved by the Land Use and Transportation Committee on 9-16-24 and is pending a vote by the full Board. It has remained on hold since then. Supervisor Mandelman requested this remain active until 9-3-25.

Ordinance 240637 was introduced on 6-4-24 by Supervisor Mandelman.

This ordinance would expand the Central Neighborhoods Large Residence SUD into Corona Heights. Single family homes would be limited to 3,000 gsf within this district.
