UPDATE: This ordinance was filed on 10-28-25 by the Planning Department. It is being routed to the Planning Commission for review.

Ordinance 251099 was introduced on 10-28-25 by the Planning Department.

This ordinance makes administrative updates to the Planning code to correct typos and make updates approved by recent ordinances. Also, it will prohibit massage establishments and accessory uses within residential properties.

Ordinance 251211: In-Lieu fees for Street Trees
