AB-1862 was introduced by Assembly Members Vince Fong and Chen on 1-18-2024.

This bill extends the law permitting architects, engineers, and land surveying services to form limited liability partnerships and foreign limited liability partnerships indefinitely. Previously, the law was scheduled to be repealed on 1-1-2026.
