Ordinance 250608: Public Works Fees
This ordinance is part of the Mayor's PermitSF initiative, intended to streamline permitting and to help small businesses. The ordinance, tied to approval of Ordinance 250541, would eliminate DPW fees for cafe table/chairs, merchandise displays, and various projections from the face of the building into the right of way.
