AB-1986 would require insurance companies to provide premium quotes that include pricing for properties which are certified as "hardened."

SB-904 would require HCD to determine if wildfires have caused "substantial structural damage" and to work with local agencies to support recovery and rebuilding efforts by reducing regulatory requirements.

AB-1554 would provide additional reporting requirements for the California Earthquake Authority.
