UPDATE: This ordinance was filed on 1-8-26. It passed the Committee on Appropriations on 4-15-26 and has been referred to the committee on Insurance.

AB-1554 was introduced on 1-8-26 by Assembly Member Calderon.

This bill would require the California Earthquake Authority to provide copies of their annual report to the Senate and Assembly Committees on Insurance.
