AB-1986 was introduced on 2-13-26 by Assembly Member Bennet and is Co-Authored by Assembly Members Ahrens, Bauer-Kahan, Connolly, Harabedian, and Hart, as well as Senators Allen and Stern.

This bill would require insurance companies to provide premium quotes that include pricing for properties which are certified as "hardened."
