This ordinance would eliminate local requirements for commercial lighting, rooftop mechanical penthouses, driveway/sidewalk load limits, and the Slope Protection Act. This is part of the PermitSF initiative program.

This ordinance would allow certain administrative fees for ADU projects to be deferred until the issuance of the Certificate of Final Completion (CFC), or within 24 months of permit approval.
