Ordinance 241069: ADU's Sold Separately

UPDATE: This ordinance was filed on 10-29-24 and was referred to the Planning Commission for review on 11-6-24.

Ordinance 241069 was introduced on 10-29-24 by Supervisor Engardio.

This ordinance would allow ADU units to be sold separately as condominiums. State ADU conversions would need to have been submitted on/after January 1, 2020. Local program ADU's would need to have been submitted on/after November 1, 2024.
