APPROVED: Ordinance 241069: ADU's Sold Separately

UPDATE: This ordinance was filed on 10-29-24. The Ordinance was approved and signed by the Mayor on 7-11-25.

Ordinance 241069 was introduced on 10-29-24 by Supervisor Engardio.

This ordinance allows ADU units to be sold separately as condominiums. State ADU conversions would need to have been submitted on/after January 1, 2020. Local program ADU's would need to have been submitted on/after November 1, 2024.
