APPROVED: Ordinance 250805: Local Requirements

Ordinance 250805 was introduced on 7-28-25 by Mayor Lurie and is Co-Sponsored by Supervisors Mahmood, Melgar, Dorsey, Sherrill, Engardio, and Sauter.

This ordinance is part of the 200-day goals for the PermitSF program. It would eliminate local requirements for commercial lighting, rooftop mechanical penthouses, driveway/sidewalk load limits, and the Slope Protection Act.

State requirements would remain in effect.
