UPDATE: This ordinance was filed on 7-1-25. The Planning Commission recommended approval with minor modifications on 9-18-25.

Ordinance 250718 was introduced on 7-1-25 by Supervisors Engardio, Mahmood, and Sauter.

This ordinance would allow certain administrative fees for ADU projects to be deferred until the issuance of the Certificate of Final Completion (CFC), or within 24 months of permit approval.
