HOT: Ordinance 250815: Inclusionary Housing Fee Waiver

Ordinance 250815 was introduced on 7-29-25 by Supervisor Melgar.

This ordinance would waive the inclusionary Housing fee outside of the Priority Equity Geographies SUD in exchange for owner's agreement to subject all units to rent control.
