Ordinance 250817: Graffiti Abatement

UPDATE: This ordinance was filed on 7-29-25. It was approved by the Board of Supervisors on 10-7-25 and is waiting for the Mayor's signature. Approval is anticipated imminently.

Ordinance 250817 was introduced on 7-29-25 by Supervisor Melgar.

This ordinance would make the graffiti abatement pilot program permanent. Public Works would be able to perform graffiti abatement on private properties at no cost to property owners, upon request.


This program only applies to certain commercial corridors.
