There is a LOT of legislation under review now, with potentially major impacts for the entire city. Here are a few other important SF Ordinances in the pipeline that may affect you.

This ordinance would waive the inclusionary Housing fee outside of the Priority Equity Geographies SUD in exchange for owner's agreement to subject all units to rent control.

This ordinance would allow affordable housing projects to defer payment of administrative fees to the permit issuance.

This ordinance would waive certain development impact fees within the Market and Octavia Area Plan Area.

This ordinance would postpone the collection of development impact fees for residential development projects until the issuance of either a Certificate of Final Completion (CFC), or Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO).
