Ordinance 250810 was introduced on 7-29-25 by Supervisors Mahmood and Dorsey.

This ordinance would allow affordable housing projects to defer payment of administrative fees to the permit issuance. A $35K administrative fee can still be collected up front, but additional Administrative fees would be deferred until permit issuance.
