Ordinance 250810: Affordable Housing - Deferred Fees

UPDATE: This ordinance was filed on 7-29-25. It was approved by the Land Use and Transportation Committee on 9-29-25 and will now go to the Board for a full vote.

Ordinance 250810 was introduced on 7-29-25 by Supervisors Mahmood and Dorsey.

This ordinance would allow affordable housing projects to defer payment of administrative fees to the permit issuance. A $35K administrative fee can still be collected up front, but additional Administrative fees would be deferred until permit issuance.
