APPROVED: Ordinance 250680: Development Impact Fee waivers

UPDATE: This ordinance was approved and signed by the Mayor on 10-6-25.

Ordinance 250680 was introduced on 6-17-25 by Mayor Lurie and co-sponsored by Supervisors Dorsey and Mahmood.

This ordinance would waive certain development impact fees within the Market and Octavia Area Plan Area, including waiver of the Affordable Housing Fees, Infrastructure Fees, and Community Facilities Fees in specific locations within the Plan Area. Developments that are not fully approved by January 1, 2026 will not be subject to these fees. Developments that have paid some part of the fees, can have the remainder of the fees waived according to certain approval milestone dates.
