Ordinance 250657 was introduced on 6-10-25 by Supervisor Mahmood.

This ordinance would postpone the collection of development impact fees for residential development projects until the issuance of either a Certificate of Final Completion (CFC), or Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO).
