UPDATE: This ordinance was filed on 6-10-25. The Land Use and Transportation Committee approved this ordinance on 9-29-25 and forwarded it to the Board of Supervisors for the Full Vote. It is expected to pass.

Ordinance 250657 was introduced on 6-10-25 by Supervisor Mahmood.

This ordinance would postpone the collection of development impact fees for residential development projects until the issuance of either a Certificate of Final Completion (CFC), or Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO).
