This ordinance would increase heights and densities along major corridors, primarily on the West Side of the City in order to meet State Housing Production goals.

This ordinance would allow projects providing 100% rent controlled units to take advantage of bonuses for height, density, unit mix, setbacks, open space, and exposure.

This legislation would change density requirements in RC, RTO, NC, and some NCD districts to form-based density rather than by units per sf of lot area except in the Priority Equity Geography SUD.
