Ord 230735: Residential Density in NCD Zones

Ordinance 230735 was introduced on 6-13-23 by Supervisor Safai.

This legislation would have changed density requirements in NC districts to form-based density rather than by units per sf of lot area. If passed, density would only be limited by height, bulk, setbacks, open space, exposure, and unit mix requirements. It's believed this will increase density in these districts.
