Ordinance 240932 was introduced on 10-8-24 by Supervisor Mandelman.
This ordinance repeals the Accessible Business Entry Program; eliminating the requirement for commercial business to upgrade their primary entrances for accessibility.
This ordinance would make the graffiti abatement pilot program permanent. Public Works would be able to perform graffiti abatement on private properties at no cost to property owners, upon request.
This ordinance would reduce restrictions on Formula Retail uses to permit more retail uses throughout the city.
This ordinance would waive the inclusionary Housing fee outside of the Priority Equity Geographies SUD in exchange for owner's agreement to subject all units to rent control.
