UPDATE: This ordinance was routed to the Small Business Commission who voted to support the legislation on 10-28-24. It is now being routed to the Building Inspection Commission for a hearing on 11-20-24.
Ordinance 240932 was introduced on 10-8-24 by Supervisor Mandelman.
This ordinance would repeal the Accessible Business Entry Program; eliminating the requirement for commercial business to upgrade their primary entrances for accessibility.
