SF Housing Fee Changes: Ordinances 250657, 250810, and 250815

This ordinance would waive certain development impact fees within the Market and Octavia Area Plan Area.

APPROVED: Ordinance 250657: Development Impact Fee postponement
This ordinance would postpone the collection of development impact fees for residential development projects until the issuance of either a Certificate of Final Completion (CFC), or Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO).
