There is a LOT of legislation under review now, with potentially major impacts for the entire city. Here are a few other important SF Ordinances in the pipeline that may affect you.

This ordinance would allow rear yard structures of up to 120 sf and 10' in height to be constructed within the rear yard setback. It also includes amnesty for nonconforming rear-yard structures constructed prior to 2003.
