If approved, Ordinance 250926 would provide tenant protections for demolished buildings. Relocation assistance would be required for affected occupants, with increased assistance for lower-income tenants.

This ordinance would increase heights and densities along major corridors, primarily on the West Side of the City in order to meet State Housing Production goals.
