UPDATE: This legislation was suspended on 5-18-23.

SB 395 was introduced by Senator Wahab on 2-9-23.

This bill would require landlords to file copies of any notice of termination or rent increases within 10 days of service the tenant with the Department of Housing and Community Development. If approved this bill would go into effect on January 1, 2025.
