AB-1834: Subdivisions; Map Exceptions

AB-1834 was introduced by Assembly member Patel on 2-11-26.
This bill would expand the Subdivision Map Act to include land zoned fully or in part for mixed-use developments. Properties meeting the exemption requirements would need only to file a parcel map instead of a tentative and final map.
