SB 1439: Surplus Land: Health Facilities

UPDATE: This legislation was referred to the Committee on Local Government on 2-29-24.

SB-1439 was introduced by Senator Ashby on 2-16-2024.

For land owned by any local agency, this bill would define "exempt surplus land" to include land that is being or will be developed for a health facility.
