APPROVED: Ord 220542: Safe Overnight Parking Program

UPDATE: This legislation was approved and signed by the Mayor on 12-16-22.

Ordinance 220542 was introduced on 5-10-22 by Supervisor Safai.

This Ordinance would allow temporary long-term parking and overnight camping in vehicles on specific properties, designated as Vehicle Triage Centers and Safe parking Program sites.
