AB-2020: Housing financing transfer of funds

UPDATE: Approved and signed by the Governor on 9-29-26.

AB-2020 was introduced by Assembly Member Gabriel on 2-17-26.

This bill would allow the Department of Housing and Community Development to transfer unused funds or operating income from one rental housing development to another with the same owner.
