APPROVED: Graffiti Abatement Pilot Program

UPDATE: This legislation was introduced on 5-10-22 and was approved on 8-4-22.

Ordinance 220538 was introduced on 5-10-22 by Supervisors Melgar and Stefani.

This Ordinance would allow property owners to opt-in to allow Public Works to abate graffiti, rather than having to do it themselves or pay fines. This is a 2-year pilot program as proposed.
