UPDATE: This ordinance was filed on 7-29-25. It failed approval at the Board of Supervisors on 1-18-26.

Ordinance 250808 was introduced on 7-29-25 by Supervisor Chan.

This ordinance would require conditional use when a legacy business is replaced with another commercial use in most NCD / Commercial Districts and within the Chinatown Mixed Use District.

If the Legacy Business removes themself from the registry, conditional use would not be required.
