APPROVED: Ordinance 240932: Beer and Wine on Third Street

UPDATE: This ordinance was approved by the Board of Supervisors on 3-4-25 and signed by the Mayor on 3-7-25.

Ordinance 240932 was introduced on 9-24-24 by Supervisor Walton.

This ordinance would allow bars serving beer or wine in the Third Street Alcohol Restricted Use District, with conditional use approval. In the past, liquor establishments were prohibited in this zone.
