UPDATE: This ordinance was approved by the Board of Supervisors on 2-4-25 and signed by the Mayor on 2-7-25.

Ordinance 240903 was introduced on 9-17-24 by Supervisor Melgar.

This ordinance would allow Health Service Uses up to 5,000 gsf in the West Portal NCD without conditional use approval.
