Ordinance 240903: Health Services in West Portal NCD

UPDATE: This ordinance was routed to the Planning Commission for review on 10-4-24.

Ordinance 240903 was introduced on 9-17-24 by Supervisor Melgar.

This ordinance would allow Health Service Uses up to 5,000 gsf in the West Portal NCD without conditional use approval.

If approved, this ordinance would waive certain development impact fees in the Market and Octavia Area.

If approved, this ordinance would allow ADU units to be sold separately as condominiums.

If approved, this ordinance would allow tourist hotel and motel rooms to be used for Interim Housing.
