UPDATE: This ordinance was approved and signed by the Mayor on 4-21-23.

Ordinance 210585 was introduced on 6-8-21. The Planning Commission held hearings on September 2, 2021 and has recommended approval with modifications.

This legislation amends the Planning code to clarify the ministerial process for Accessory Dwelling Unit projects.
