Ordinance 231268 was introduced on 12-11-23 by Supervisor Dorsey

This legislation eliminates the requirement for public art for 100% affordable housing projects in order to make these projects more financially feasible.

Ordinance 251211: In-Lieu fees for Street Trees

Ordinance 251211 would allow development projects to pay an in-lieu fee, or install landscaping in place of required street trees.

Ordinance 251212: Commercial Conditions of Approval

Ordinance 251212 would modify/revoke some Conditions of Approval for current commercial uses where current zoning no longer requires Conditional Use approval.

Ordinance 251213: Commercial Uses in Affordable Housing Projects

Ordinance 251213 would eliminate the requirement for ground floor commercial uses in 100% affordable housing developments.
