APPROVED: Ord 231268: Public Art

UPDATE: This ordinance was approved by the Board of Supervisors on 10-20-24 and was signed by the Mayor on 11-7-24.

Ordinance 231268 was introduced on 12-11-23 by Supervisor Dorsey

This legislation eliminates the requirement for public art for 100% affordable housing projects in order to make these projects more financially feasible.
