UPDATE: This ordinance was approved by the Board of Supervisors on 2-27-24 and signed by the Mayor on 3-7-24.

Ordinance 231164 was introduced on 11-7-23 by Supervisors Dorsey and Mandelman.

This legislation would waive the Transportation Sustainability Fee for projects in the Central SoMa Plan Area that include foundation enhancements to address the lateral impacts on the downtown rail extension tunnel.
