UPDATE: This ordinance was passed by the Board of Supervisors on 3-5-24 and signed by the Mayor on 3-15-24.

Ordinance 231080 was introduced on 10-17-23 by Supervisors Peskin and Chan.

This legislation would require Conditional Use Authorization for fleet charging in all PDR districts regardless of previous use.
