UPDATE: This ordinance was approved by the Board of Supervisors on 1-9-24 and was signed by the Mayor on 1-19-24.

Ordinance 230706 was introduced on 6-6-23 by Supervisor Dorsey.

This legislation would allow removal, relocation, or alteration of existing public artwork at 100% affordable housing projects if the artwork has been vandalized or compromised and approval to remove/relocate/or alter the artwork has been obtained from the artist.
