UPDATE: This ordinance was approved by the Board of Supervisors on 1-9-24 and is was signed by the Mayor on 1-19-24.

Ordinance 230704 was introduced on 6-6-23 by Supervisors Chan and Melgar.

This legislation would prohibit Parcel Delivery Service activities at Fleet Charging locations.

AB-1834 would expand the Subdivision Map Act to include land zoned fully or in part for mixed-use developments. Properties meeting the exemption requirements would need only to file a parcel map inste

AB-1621 would prohibit city agencies from requiring more than 2 plancheck and specification reviews in connection with a housing permit.

AB-2748: EV Charging in Affordable Housing Projects

AB-2748 would exempt affordable housing developments from installation of 2025-compliant electric vehicle charging.
