APPROVED: ORD 230410: Health Service Uses

Ordinance 230410 was introduced by Supervisor Peskin on 4-12-23.

This Ordinance allows Health Service Uses on the ground floor in the Polk Street NCD, except where fronting onto Polk Street or California Street directly. It also extends the "Tobacco Paraphernalia Establishments" within the Haight Street NCD and the Polk Street NCD.
