APPROVED: ORD 230373: Façade Inspections

UPDATE: This legislation was approved and signed by the Mayor on 5-26-23.

Ordinance 230373 was introduced by Supervisor Peskin on 4-4-23.

Due to recent glass failures at high-rise buildings, this Ordinance requires buildings with 15 or more stories, constructed after 1998, to conduct and submit façade inspection reports on November 1, 2023 or within six months of notice by SF DBI.
