UPDATE: This legislation was approved and signed by the Mayor on 6-23-23.

Ordinance 230192 was introduced by Supervisor Mandelman on 2-15-23.

This Ordinance made modifications to the Landmark status, including identifying some interior elements that are considered "character defining features." The interior seating was determined not to be a character defining feature and does not need to be preserved.
