ORD 230192: Castro theater

Ordinance 230192 was introduced by Supervisor Mandelman on 2-15-23.

This Ordinance proposes to amend the Landmark Status of the Castro Theater as the debate about whether the interior seating can be removed. If passed, this legislation would specify that the fixed, theater seating, is considered a character-defining feature and cannot be removed.
