APPROVED: HOT AB-894: Shared Parking

UPDATE: This legislation was approved and signed by the Governor on 10-11-23.

AB-894 was introduced by Assembly Member Friedman on 2-14-23.

This bill would allow shared parking to count toward parking requirements for new and existing developments and changes of use under certain circumstances.
