Suspended: AB-582: Tax Credits for Fire-Resistant Improvements

AB-582 was introduced by Assembly Member Connolly on 2-9-23.

This Bill would provide tax credits to compensate adults 65 years of age or older, living in high-risk fire areas for improvements made to mitigate and prevent property damage and loss of life due to wildfires. The amounts are unspecified currently.
