UPDATE: This legislation was approved and signed by the Mayor on 11-9-23.

Ordinance 220709 was introduced on 6-7-22 by Supervisor Mandelman.

This Ordinance allows Nighttime Entertainment on the second floor in the Castro Street Neighborhood Commercial District. A Conditional Use authorization would be required.
