SB 1067 was introduced on 2-15-22 by Senator Portantino.
This bill would prohibit a city with a population greater than 200,000 from requiring minimum parking requirements on housing developments located within ½ mile of public transit for low-income housing projects and in cases where the developer can show there will be no negative impact on traffic or parking within ½ mile of the project.
