Ordinance 230924 was introduced on 9-5-23 by Supervisor Peskin.
This legislation created the Non-Profit Arts Special Use District at 800 chestnut Street to allow for the creation of a Non-Provide Education use.
If approved, window sizes, materials, design, and operations would no longer be regulated by the Planning Department.
This ordinance would reduce fees for office to residential conversions In C-2 and C-3 zones.
If approved, this ordinance would repeal the Accessible Business Entry Program.
