UPDATE: This ordinance was approved and signed by the Mayor on 12-20-23.

Ordinance 230924 was introduced on 9-5-23 by Supervisor Peskin.

This legislation created the Non-Profit Arts Special Use District at 800 chestnut Street to allow for the creation of a Non-Provide Education use.
